The AAU IT Policy notified on the 30th of November 2021 (AAU_IT_Policy_2021) after adoption of the same by the Academic Council and the BoM requires the ARIS Cell to maintain a comprehensive database of all computers and other IT peripherals owned by the university (Clause no. 5). The Primary User of each computer and/or peripheral (like Printer, scanner etc.) are hereby requested to fill in this form so that the database can be created and maintained by the ARIS cell. ,

(Primary User is the individual in whose room a computer and/or peripheral is installed and is primarily used by him/her. If a computer has multiple users and none of whom are considered the primary user, the Head of the Department/Establishment shall designate a person as Primary User)
